Privacy at the house.

When you apply

We collect the details you submit, including your name, email, character’s Instagram, video links, and answers. The house team uses them to review your application, keep review notes, and contact you about joining. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Applications are stored in Supabase and reviewed through our staff dashboard. We keep application records for the review and related follow-up. Contact the house if you want to request access, a correction, or removal of your application.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and interactions: pages, referral sources and campaign labels, Discord button clicks, resident profile interest, video progress, scroll depth, and application steps or error categories. Reports also include device, browser, and approximate location information.

We do not send your application answers, name, email, Instagram handle, or application reference to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Detailed event history is configured for 14 months; aggregated reports may remain available longer.

You can use the site and apply with analytics declined. Change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining stops further analytics collection by our site and removes its Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Storage and service providers

Your browser remembers your analytics choice. During an application, it also stores temporary submission information to avoid duplicate applications. These are not sent to Google Analytics.

Vercel hosts the website, Supabase provides the application database and staff sign-in, and Customer.io delivers staff sign-in emails. Hosting and security services may process technical request information to operate the site and prevent abuse.

Links outside the house

Discord and Instagram have their own privacy practices. We measure a Discord invite click only when analytics is allowed; that click does not tell us whether you joined the server.
